Free Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

Standard Cancellation: Cancel after 24 hours but more than 72 hours before arrival → $20 per night fee (+ tax).

Late Cancellation: Cancel within 72 hours of arrival → first night non-refundable, plus $20 per additional night (+ tax).

Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, no-shows, and partial stays.

Monthly Guests: Provide 1 week’s notice before leaving, or you will be charged for one week.
These fees help us cover the short notice and limited chance to rebook your site.
