How do I make a reservation at Rollin’ Home RV Park?

 

Reserving your site is simple! You can book your RV spot online anytime through our [Booking Page], where you’ll find up-to-date availability, pricing, and site options. We also accept reservations over the phone during normal business hours. Our team is happy to help you choose the best spot for your rig and your needs.Many of our most popular sites—especially for long-term or mountain-view stays—fill up fast, so we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during holidays, peak travel season, or local events in Nephi.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

We understand that plans change. Cancel within 24 hrs of booking for free; after 24 hrs but more than 72 hrs before arrival is $20 per night (+tax); within 72 hrs the first night is non-refundable plus $20 per extra night (+tax); cancellations within 24 hrs of arrival, no-shows, and partial stays are non-refundable; monthly guests must give 1 week’s notice before leaving or be charged 1 week. These fees help us cover the short notice and limited chance to rebook your site. Please let us know as soon as possible if your rollin’ plans change.

Can I show up without a reservation?

 

Yes! We accept walk-in guests when space is available. If you’re traveling through central Utah and need a last-minute stopover, give us a call or come by—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. That said, we always recommend booking ahead online to guarantee your spot, especially during busy weekends or seasonal peaks.

Rollin’ Home RV Park reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests who violate park rules, disrupt other guests, or create unsafe conditions, without refund. Use of park facilities and amenities is at your own risk; Rollin’ Home RV Park is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where prohibited by law. By completing your reservation and/or entering the property, you accept these terms.
